Key words:

Lead transfer window

Product Introduction

The lead-shielded pass box is a special radiation protection transfer device designed for nuclear medicine, radiotherapy and radioactive laboratory environments. It is mainly used for the safe and isolated transmission of radioactive medicines, radioactive seeds and contaminated tools between radioactive working areas and clean areas, effectively avoiding cross-contamination and reducing external radiation leakage.

Product Performance

  • The delivery window for doctors' medication and patients' meals has interlocking function.
  • The box is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel and lined with high-purity lead plate.
  • Double door interlock effectively prevents the intake of radiation.
  • Special hygiene grade silicone sealing strip ensures airtightness.

Application Fields

  • Department of Radiology:The Department of Radiology is a comprehensive department integrating imaging diagnosis and interventional therapy. Radiological diagnosis employs X-rays, gamma rays and other radiation to penetrate the human body, rendering images of internal bodily structures and organs on fluorescent screens or radiographic films, enabling evaluation of human anatomical morphology, physiological functions and pathological lesions.

  • Department of Radiation Oncology:Radiation oncology is a localized therapeutic modality that uses ionizing radiation for cancer treatment. Radiation sources include alpha, beta and gamma rays emitted from radioactive isotopes, as well as X-rays, electron beams, proton beams and other particle beams generated by various X-ray therapy units and medical accelerators.

  • Department of Nuclear Medicine:It adopts nuclear science technologies for disease diagnosis and treatment. As an integrated department combining imaging, therapeutic services, scientific research and teaching, it serves as one of the core modalities in modern medicine.
