Product Performance

  • Lead bricks are mainly cast and pressed from Grade 1 electrolytic lead with a lead purity of 99.994%. They are brick-shaped blocks rolled from metallic lead. Domestically manufactured lead materials normally reach a purity of 99.994% with a density of 11.34 g/cm³.
  • They are characterized by high dimensional accuracy, impurity-free composition, stable compactness, zero micropores, excellent radiation and corrosion resistance, stable chemical properties, high surface hardness and long service life.

Application Fields

  • Department of Radiology:The Department of Radiology is a comprehensive department integrating imaging diagnosis and interventional therapy. Radiological diagnosis employs X-rays, gamma rays and other radiation to penetrate the human body, rendering images of internal bodily structures and organs on fluorescent screens or radiographic films, enabling evaluation of human anatomical morphology, physiological functions and pathological lesions.

  • Department of Radiation Oncology:Radiation oncology is a localized therapeutic modality that uses ionizing radiation for cancer treatment. Radiation sources include alpha, beta and gamma rays emitted from radioactive isotopes, as well as X-rays, electron beams, proton beams and other particle beams generated by various X-ray therapy units and medical accelerators.

  • Department of Nuclear Medicine:It adopts nuclear science technologies for disease diagnosis and treatment. As an integrated department combining imaging, therapeutic services, scientific research and teaching, it serves as one of the core modalities in modern medicine.
